Mike Almassian represents a variety businesses and individual clients in a wide spectrum of matters ranging from simple breach of contract claims to complex commercial disputes. Before joining Keller & Almassian PLC, Mike practiced as a litigator for one of Michigan’s largest law firms. He gained trial experience representing commercial clients in litigation matters in Michigan, Indiana, Ohio, Missouri and West Virginia.

- Represents various domestic and international businesses in breach of contract and collection matters throughout the State of Michigan.
Designated Michigan counsel for international vehicle and equipment leasing corporation. - Represented multiple clients in a multi-million dollar industrial environmental contamination case resulting in a favorable settlement after Plaintiffs faced a directed verdict at trial.
- Assisted several corporate and individual mortgagees in foreclosure actions to liquidate and maximize the value of collateral in favor of secured parties.
- Represented title insurance company against its agent in a million dollar defalcation case in West Michigan.
- Defended businesses in bankruptcy preference avoidance claims.
- Defended lakefront property owners in adverse possession claim.
- Represented Plaintiffs in defective knee implant claim against global supplier of knee and hip replacement devices.
