Todd Almassian focuses his practice in the areas of Consumer and Commercial Bankruptcy Law. Todd joined the firm in 1996.
Todd is a graduate of Michigan State University in East Lansing and received his law degree in 1996 from the University Of Detroit Mercy School Of Law. He is admitted to practice in all Michigan state courts and the U.S. District Court for the Western and Eastern Districts of Michigan. He is a member of the Grand Rapids Bar Association, the State Bar of Michigan and the Federal Bar Association, Bankruptcy Section, and The American Bankruptcy Institute.
Todd represents debtors and creditors in consumer and commercial bankruptcy matters. Todd has represented debtors and creditors in various adversary proceedings, including non-dischargeability complaints and preference matters. Todd has successfully confirmed Chapter 11 Plans on behalf of individual and corporate petitioners.
In 2007, Todd became certified in Consumer Bankruptcy Law by The American Board of Certification. Todd has written several articles about bankruptcy issues.
